Friday – Arrive & Unwind
4:00 PM – Welcome refreshments & check-in
5:00 – 7:00 PM – Opening workshop: Exploring the 5 Images of your subconscious – gain new perspectives and set the foundation for your retreat experience
7.30 PM – Group dinner – share experiences and connect with like-minded individuals.
Saturday – Reset & Realign
10:00 AM – Guided hike through the scenic hills (backpack & lunch provided) – reconnect with nature and clear your mind
1:00 – 4:00 PM – Free time – unwind in the hot tubs or take time for personal reflection
4:00 – 6:00 PM – Group coaching workshop – uncover insights, shift limiting beliefs, and take meaningful steps forward
7:00 PM – Group dinner – share experiences and connect with like-minded individuals
Sunday – Reflect & Move Forward
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Closing session: Intention Setting – gain clarity on your next steps and leave feeling empowered to take action.

His expertise in creating environments where individuals thrive makes him an invaluable guide for those seeking personal growth.
Alison, a dedicated life coach and neurodiversity advocate, has spent her life empowering others to find balance and success, whether through founding one of Ireland’s largest triathlon clubs or coaching individuals through life’s challenges.
Both Michael and Alison are qualified by the Irish Life Coach Institute, ensuring their coaching methods are rooted in professional standards and best practices. Together, they offer participants the guidance, support, and tools needed to transform their lives.
